Developed and implemented a successful program to “save” customers

service. Established a Telemarketing Department that supplied Security

After being an Operator and Phone Room Manager, Andre was promoted
and responsible for all Telemarketing Service Bureau functions,
including planning, budgeting, ROI projections, operations, sales,
and profitability. He established and managed four 36-station phone
rooms employing 300 full- / part-time personnel. Responsible for
the purchase, maintenance, and operation of all corporate telecommunications
equipment and services. Consulted and conducted training seminars
to help nation-wide franchises develop telemarketing support.

Bachelor of Science, Marketing Central Connecticut State
College.
Prior to graduation, Andre held a number of commissioned sales
positions, including door-to-door sales for the Fuller Brush Company
and Cutco Cutlery. He also delivered 125 daily newspapers for the
New Haven Register, and was a camp counselor at Camp Hemlocks, an
Easter Seals Camp for physically challenge individuals.
