About Andre Beaudoin

When he was totally paralyzed by polio at fifteen months old, Andre’s parents were told he would never have the strength to raise his head off his pillow. From this inauspicious beginning, Andre has achieved respect and recognition as a successful salesman, sales manager, businessman, entrepreneur, and father.

While earning his Marketing degree, Andre sold and managed sales teams for the Fuller Brush Co. and Cutco Cutlery. During his tenure with Homecraft Industries, he expanded a local phone room with 18 employees into a regional telemarketing center with four offices employing over 300 sales people. He founded ProActive Marketing in 1990, a telemarketing services company and in 1999 Andre Inspires, his inspirational speaking and consulting business.

Andre credits his parents with teaching him the essentials of high performance and achievement. Before he was old enough to speak they instilled in him the necessary vision, commitment, and perseverance to overcome his physical limitations and achieve a prosperous life both personally and professionally. Andre now takes what he has learned to others, so they can thrive and produce at their highest possible levels. Andre is a “one-of-a-kind” team builder and motivator, inspiring maximized performance.
